We want everyone to be able to read this site and book a call, whatever tools they browse with. This page says what we aim for, what we've done, and how to tell us when we've missed something.

1.our standard, and how we check it

We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, Level AA, across every page of this site including the booking and payment flow.

Last reviewed: 17 August 2026. The review combined automated checks with manual ones: keyboard-only walkthroughs of the full booking journey, computed contrast ratios for every color pair in use (all pass AA, most by a wide margin), screen-reader labeling and live-announcement checks on the dynamic calendar and questionnaire, reflow testing down to 320 pixels, and caption verification on video content. Accessibility is re-reviewed whenever the site changes, not once a year.

2.what we've done

Every page works with a keyboard alone, including the full booking and payment flow; focus is always visible and moves to new content when steps change
The layout reflows to a single column with no horizontal scrolling down to 320 pixels wide, the equivalent of 400% zoom
Text can be resized to 200% without clipping or loss of content
Text colors meet or exceed the AA contrast ratio of 4.5:1 throughout
Form errors are specific to each field, described in text, announced to assistive technology, and mark the field as invalid
Screen-reader landmarks, labels on all controls, and live announcements for dynamic content such as the booking calendar and intake questions
Unique, descriptive page titles and a logical heading structure on every page, with the language declared
Link text says where it leads; nothing is labeled "click here"
Your details are asked for once: the questionnaire and payment page reuse what you already typed
No accounts, passwords, or puzzles: booking requires no login and no CAPTCHA
No drag-only interactions, no orientation lock, and nothing that appears only on hover
A skip-to-content link on every page, and touch targets of at least 44 pixels
Captions on the founder's video message
Animations respect your system's reduced-motion setting
Payment happens on Stripe's accessible hosted checkout
